+ Vida (+ Life) ![]() This program is geared towards the furtherance of health and quality of life, favoring a proactive attitude from all the professionals of the Votorantim Group and from their family members. It is structured with a basis on committees installed at the units, made up of professionals that act as volunteers and is comprised of three streams: +Saúde (+Health): fitness classes at work, risk appraisal program (mapping), selective checkups (risk profile), lectures with physicians (health care and eating habits), racing and cycling training program, arrangement with fitness centers, physical activity and swimming, awareness enhancement and mobilization lectures, disclosure of the participation of employees in national and international competitions and health actions; + Realização (+Achievement): reduction of overtime, IPÊ (Psychological Integration at the Company) Program, time management, productivity tools, ergonomics and others. +Lazer & Família (+Leisure Time & Family): organizes actions in the cultural and leisure area such as arrangements with movie theaters and parks, cultural week, disclosure and tips of cultural events, outings and walks, employee guild, Children's day (visit by the children of employees to their parent's workplace), popcorn session and others. To disseminate its ideas, the program relies on volunteers that act as multipliers, forming Quality of Life committees at each company Unit. The definition of activities originates from a survey of the profile of the quality of life and health of insiders.
