To encourage youths to participate in the affairs of their community. This is the goal of Programa Geração. The program began in Laranjeiras (Sergipe) with the support of Cimesa, one of the plants of Votorantim Cimentos. It was idealized by Instituto Votorantim and is being developed with the technical support of Instituto Aliança.

This venture pursues the qualification of youths to lead social transformation processes in their communities based on a diagnosis of the current situation of local youths. With a basis on the diagnosis, they devise and implement social projects that will have an impact on the youths of municipalities.
