Grow and Awake

Votorantim Cimentos developed two important projects for people compelled to abandon school when they were kids, allowing them to retake studies: Grow, related to Elementary School and Awake, to High-school.

By means of these two projects, carried out in virtually all Company Units, many employees are carrying out old dreams by experiencing a transforming experience, inasmuch as studying is a lever for intellectual independence and the exercise of critical thought.

With a high self-esteem due to the new opportunities that knowledge provides, projects Grow and Awake students know that they are a persistence example for the family, work colleagues and the community.

In the regular courses they do not have the same motivation as among colleagues who share their goal to increase their scholarly level.
