A project developed by Votorantim Cimentos (VC), with the support of Instituto Votorantim, focusing on the adolescents of the municipality of Paulista (Pernambuco). The project is being developed with financial resources set aside by the company for the Fund for Infants and Adolescents (FIA), of the Municipal Council of Rights of Children and Adolescents (CMDCA) of the city.

The proposal is to minister to 150 adolescents between 12 and 18 years of age, from families with a low income and that are in a situation of social vulnerability. They are assisted by five Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) from Pernambuco.

To take part in the program, the youths are supposed to fulfill two prerequisites: they cannot participate in any governmental extended day project and they must study at public schools. Among other activities, the participants have four hours of workshops (arts, sports, professionalization, citizenship and IT) a day.

With this venture, Votorantim Cimentos intends to contribute towards the reduction of school truancy, besides arousing interest in collective matters, forming information multiplying agents and improving the level of quality of communication between parents and children and of the knowledge of family rights. Another objective is to empower the Municipal Council of Rights of Childdren and Adolescents of Paulista, which manages the funds of the local FIA.
