The main objective of this venture started in 2001 is to muster instructors and youths from the areas of activity of the Votorantim Group in the development of local education and culture. By means of the partnership with Canal Futura, Instituto Votorantim the project contributes towards the creation of networks among schools, qualifying instructors in the use of new resources.

These, in turn, take part in workshops about the use of image in education and are instructed to use video as a teaching tool. Furthermore, the program aims to facilitate the formation of juvenile protagonism and to prepare the school community to receive subsequent projects of educational qualification.

The program participants are encouraged to execute group work, based on topics exhibited by the programs of the Futura channel, such as environment, health, hygiene and literature. They also develop projects that favor the approximation of the company to the community.
