The bulk mortar supply system, Votomassa Matrix System, involves steps of extraction, stocking, dosing, weighing and raw materials mixture at the production units, and final product delivery.

Initially, a stocking silo will be delivered at the construction site by specially designed trucks, for their transportation and placement. Then, mortar supply is carried out by bulk tanker trucks with a 27 ton maximum capacity, and periodic replenishment, at the request of the contract job.

The system allows the material transportation, preserving its features and ensuring its properties from production to application.

The high quality performance of the system of finished products stands out. The reason is that sand rigorously controlled by particle sizing, which is appropriate for each product type, and, also, for the use of additives that optimize mortar performance, both fresh and hard.

The Votomassa Matrix System offers technical support to the client, guiding him through the gear operating procedures, mortar handling and application.

The Matrix System is only available in the São Paulo and Curitiba State regions, over a range of 200 Km.
