Project brings the history of the city of Votorantim back to life

relationship with its customers. Diga Sim à Votorantim Cimentos (Say Yes to Votorantim Cimentos) – with this motto the company launched the Loyalty Program in the second half of last year. The program is already producing good results and attracting its network of customers. In the Southern Region the company handed out more than 16.5 thousand prizes and gifts to 514 customers, out of the orders made by the program participants, which numbered approximately 1.3 thousand.

According to Marcelo Lass, commercial manager of Votorantim Cimentos in the Southern Region, the program is innovative in the segment and its purpose, besides strengthening the company’s relationship with its customers, is to promote the distribution of differentiated prizes and gifts, besides boosting sales. "In six months we have already distributed over 4.5 thousand prizes and gifts in Rio Grande do Sul alone, handed out to the 181 customers that placed more than 450 orders", concludes the executive.

The program has a simple framework and to take part customers purchase products from Votorantim Cimentos and accumulate points (VCIMs), which are untransferable and calculated monthly up to the 5th business day of the month in the account of each customer, with a validity period of 12 months. Participants can find the entry rules at the site www.digasimavc.com.br, and register by typing their code and Brazilian Corporate Taxpayers´ Register Number (CNPJ). After this procedure the site will create a login and password and participants can consult their score, besides exchanging VCIMs for prizes.

Deliveries take place within a maximum of 30 days as of the exchange of the VCIMs. The prizes include 42" plasma TVs, a Desktop computer, Home Cinema, 29" TV, Digital Camera, Mini System, MP3 Player, DVD Player, Bicycle, Wireless phone, polo shirt and T-shirts.
