After winning the Regional leg (Southeast), Jornal do Pedreiro also won the National leg of the Aberje 2006 Award. Aberje (Brazilian Association of Entrepreneurial Communication Companies) voted Jornal do Pedreiro the best publication of the year in the External Newspaper category. The achievements in the Aberje Award of this year go further still. In the Historical Responsibility and Enterprise Memory category, the Votorantim Group won with the Memória (Memory) Project. The Marketing Team of Votorantim Cimentos commemorates yet another victory of Jornal do Pedreiro, which in 2006 also won the Top Anamaco award.
