The Besides Votomassa Maxi Cola, the company is also launching Votomassa Chapisco Adesivo para Concreto (Concrete Adhesive) and Votomassa Chapisco para Alvenaria (Bond-coat mortar for Brickwork) on the market this month. Votorantim Cimentos has just launched Votomassa Maxi Cola, a four-in-one product that allows users to set porcellanato, slate, granite and flooring on floor in interior and exterior environments. The new mortar is arriving in the market as the most economical and simplified option in its segment. Besides making the choice easier for buyers, the multipurpose product also avoids wastage of material and money, as it can be used in various environments. Votomassa Maxi Cola was developed with advanced technology, in order to offer the same application quality for different coverings. "The product is ideal for those that intend to use different floorings in the same construction job. With overly specific mortars, wastage in these cases is usually high", declares Rodrigo Lara, manager of Supplementary Products. Maxi Cola has special additions, which guarantee high adhesiveness, flexibility and easy filling. The new product replaces the mortars Votomassa Granito, Porcellanato and Piso sobre Piso, which will be discontinued. Other products arriving on the market this month are the mortars Votomassa Chapisco Adesivo para Concreto and Votomassa Chapisco para Alvenaria, presented to the market in March, during Feicon 2005. Votomassa Chapisco para Alvenaria is indicated as a bonder between brickwork – concrete blocks, ceramic tiles and sand lime. Votomassa Chapisco Adesivo para Concreto affords a high degree of adherence between bases of low absorption, such as concrete, and the covering mortars. Both are indicated for application between the base (concrete structure and walls) and the covering, as a means of preventing its displacement, and are recommended for interior and exterior use.
